It's TOTALED!!!
They finally got back in touch with us and told us our car is totaled! It's about time. I can't believe they were thinking about not totaling the car. Anyways...now we are waiting to hear from the car totaling department in a couple of days which probably means a week. Whatever, at least we can move forward and look for a van to buy.

Looking for a new vehicle is more exciting than having a banged up car fixed. You just never know if the car would run the same after such a crash. I hope the process gets less frustrating for you.
